- Final (AQL) — random sampling to an agreed AQL (commonly 2.5 major / 4.0 minor) before the goods ship.
- Measurement & fit — spec-sheet tolerance checks across the size set.
- Lab testing — shrinkage, colour fastness, GSM and composition via accredited labs when a programme calls for it.
- Photo reports — a documented inspection report with photos for your records and claims.
We also coordinate social and environmental compliance audits (amfori BSCI, Sedex/SMETA, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, WRAP) for your due-diligence requirements.

Common questions
What AQL level do you inspect to?
We agree the AQL with you up front — a common default for knitwear is 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor. The sample size follows ISO 2859-1 / ANSI Z1.4 for the order quantity. Our AQL guide explains how it works.
Do you inspect before payment is released?
The final inspection happens before dispatch, so you can tie shipment approval to a passed report. Many buyers release balance payment against a satisfactory final inspection.
Can you inspect goods made by our own factory?
Yes — third-party inspection of your nominated factory's production is a service we provide, separate from full sourcing.
